I manage the training department of the Secours Catholique delegation

Mission description

Working with the coordinator, I oversee the training team, maintain contact with trainers, and produce the training handbook. This is team work with the coordinator and another volunteer, with the possibility of working partly from home. Responsibilities include: coordinating the training team, identifying and analyzing training needs, developing an annual training plan with the team, corresponding with trainers, conducting annual assessments, and ensuring quality communication.
