Have experience? Share it with a young person who lacks it! For 25 years, Mission Locale Cergy-Pontoise has mobilized engaged volunteers to support young people toward employment or apprenticeships. The concept: personalized coaching that connects a motivated young person with a volunteer from the professional world. This employment mentorship helps young people tackle key steps: CVs, interviews, professional demeanor, and confidence. Retired, employed, self-employed, or in transition? You can become this caring and valuable mentor. Result: over 80 young people supported annually with an 80% success rate.
