Capital FillesMission description
Lead collective awareness workshops on gender stereotypes and occupational diversity in high schools. Facilitate workshops for 10th and 12th grade classes in partner schools—1 workshop = 2 hours, with ambassadors leading 2-3 workshops per year. Mobilize the network of mentors around cafés, lunches, and meetings to exchange best practices. Workshops for young women. Training on our content delivery will be provided. Commitment begins in September.
