I ensure food hygiene and safety at a distribution center

Mission description

We're seeking a volunteer responsible for food hygiene and safety at the Dammarie-les-Lys food distribution center. This volunteer will ensure all regulations and food hygiene and safety requirements are met (monitoring temperatures, checking expiration dates, training teams). Like supermarkets and restaurants, Restos must provide impeccable quality food aid. They'll collaborate with the center manager and all food aid team members.
