Recruit, welcome, and support association volunteers by assessing volunteer needs, finding candidates, welcoming new members, managing applications on platforms, and tracking integration and progress. You'll work with the co-president and board members at the association headquarters.

L'accueil D'abord

L’Accueil d’abord est une association loi 1901 qui s’est donnée pour mission d'héberger et d’accompagner humainement les familles migrantes en situation de grande précarité, notamment les personnes déboutées du droit d’asile, et attendent une régularisation de leur situation. Elle a été créée en 2006 et est portée par les trois Eglises orthodoxe, protestante unie et catholique de Loire-Atlantique, toutes heurtées par des situations inacceptables et contraires aux droits de l’homme que notre société ne peut pas admettre. L'Accueil d'Abord est présente à Nantes/métropole et Saint-Nazaire: • Héberge les familles migrantes dans des logements vacants mis à disposition par des collectivités locales, des personnes morales ou physiques. • Accompagne dans leur autonomie et leur intégration chaque famille grâce à la présence d’un binôme de référents familles, en coordination avec l’assistante sociale, qui créent un lien dans la durée.
