Mission description

Welcome and accompany people through their employment journey. Help with CV and cover letter writing, prepare for job interviews through simulations and advice, identify skills and highlight professional backgrounds, and direct people toward appropriate programs, training, or job offers. Each person you support has a story, talents, and potential: help them discover these and find their way back to employment. Required qualities: active listening, kindness and non-judgment, strong interpersonal skills, confidence-building ability, patience, teaching aptitude, initiative, adaptability, and interest in employment-related issues.
