I participate in welcoming and creating a friendly atmosphere at community concerts

Mission description

As a volunteer, you'll welcome the public and create a friendly atmosphere in line with the association's community spirit. You'll accompany spectators throughout their experience, from arrival through post-concert exchanges. Your tasks include: welcoming and directing the public with openness and kindness, handling ticket sales (including solidarity ticketing) and ticket scanning, distributing information materials to encourage artistic discovery, and participating in the friendly glass of friendship moment, fostering exchanges between artists and audiences.
