Mission description

This mission reduces digital divides and supports people in adopting digital technologies (devices, apps, tools, etc.). At CASSIS, a Metz-Borny social center, many residents struggle with digital barriers: online procedures, emails, smartphones. You help them become independent through group workshops or individual support: using smartphones or computers, managing email, navigating useful daily websites (CAF, Ameli, France Travail, taxes), recognizing scams and protecting data, staying connected with loved ones. The principle: you demonstrate, they do it themselves.
