Mission description

This mentoring mission aims to promote independence and personal development by setting evolving, personalized goals. We're looking for high school students (first or final year) to be trained in mentoring and then mentor 1-2 middle schoolers for 2 hours per month to support their transition to high school, internship searches, and exam preparation. This will help you develop responsibility, listening skills, peer teaching, confidence, and organization.
