Mission description

This mentoring mission promotes autonomy and development of the person you support by setting evolving, needs-based objectives. We seek high school first and final year students willing to receive mentoring training, then mentor 1-2 middle schoolers for 2 hours monthly to support their transition to high school, internship searches, and exam preparation. This mission develops many skills: responsibility, listening, peer education, self-confidence, and organization.
