Mission description

Retired or transitioning from work, you share your knowledge and expertise with younger generations launching small businesses or seeking apprenticeships, working with insertion organizations. This volunteering is deeply rewarding: it fulfills altruism, allows you to help young people sometimes facing difficulties, and lets you remain useful in retirement while maintaining or acquiring new skills. You support project leaders through meetings, phone, or video calls.
