Because we are convinced that access to education, training, and employment is at the heart of social and territorial cohesion, we work in three areas known as the 3Es: Education, Employability, and Entrepreneurship. We support young generations, entrepreneurs, and people undergoing career transitions or professional changes. Our volunteers inform, listen to, advise, and mentor them to help open pathways to informed choices and assist them in managing their professional journey, bouncing back, or repositioning themselves. Our network of volunteers—men and women who are former entrepreneurs, business leaders, executives, professionals, and teachers—our volunteer advisors are present throughout the territory through a network of 13 regional offices.
