Mission description

The volunteer reference person is an essential link between volunteers and the organization, contributing to their welcome, support, and retention. Possible missions include: coordinating the department's volunteer network, managing online job postings, editing mission descriptions, hosting two annual welcome days, processing applications and offers, relaying information between new volunteers and team leaders, and being the key contact for integration.
