I co-lead volunteer training sessions

Mission description

Secours Catholique d'Eure-et-Loir seeks volunteers to co-facilitate Rencontres pour mieux agir (training sessions) for volunteers working in the field. Co-lead with an expert volunteer or staff member; ensure welcome and day flow (introduce the day, maintain group guidelines, distribute speaking time, foster engagement, adapt to changes); prepare animation with the staff lead and/or fellow co-animator; handle logistics and administration (book venues, prepare materials, track registrations); optionally participate in training offer analysis.
