What if better caring for others begins with understanding ourselves better? At Earth Care Movement, we're building a network of Sant'inelles—people who want to understand mental health issues, learn to discuss them simply, and become positive relays in their communities. No need to be a psychologist or health professional. Your curiosity, listening, and desire to act matter most. First, you participate monthly in online awareness and discussion sessions about mental health to understand emotions and learn to talk about them.
