Being a mentor at Afev means: helping a young person from elementary to 8th grade in their academic journey, restoring confidence and desire to learn, opening them to others, creating connection with their school. One hour per week after school, same day and time, in a group with other mentor pairs and Afev adults, in a Toulouse school or middle school. Youth mentorship also includes fighting against educational inequality.
