I lead a youth group in scouting

Mission description

As a responsible team member within the unit, my mission is to provide quality supervision and leadership for the young people entrusted to me. I work with age groups of 8-12 years old, 12-16 years old, and older youth. I am an integral part of an educational dynamic and activities within a local group, supported by other young volunteers and parents. This allows me to develop team management and leadership skills. I contribute to implementing an educational project, organizing educational activities (games, evening events, nature activities, crafts, sports, spiritual activities, etc.), and overseeing daily life during weekend activities throughout the year and during the two-week summer camp.
