Become a Justice Conciliator by actively participating in resolving conflicts between individuals, neighbors, landlords and tenants, customers and merchants, etc., within a structured framework overseen by the Ministry of Justice, with local mentoring and dedicated training from the National School of Magistracy. With some experience and training, 7 out of 10 disputes are resolved when parties meet. Conciliators typically organize meetings in town halls or France Services offices and help parties find compromises to avoid litigation.
