Work in pairs with job seekers to rebuild their confidence first, then help them develop their professional project, prepare application materials, and practice interviews. Success depends on building trust through listening and empathy. Support is free and adapts to each person's timeline, continuing even after they find employment. Volunteers are either employed or retired professionals. The role emphasizes teamwork and volunteer training.
