By joining ESA's Toulouse branch, you commit to academic success for all. Educational Mutual Aid (ESA) enables students, working professionals, or retirees to voluntarily accompany weekly students whose parents cannot help them. This includes personalized support (confidence, methodology, guidance), broadening children's horizons, and helping parents support their child's education. As co-manager, you play an essential role recruiting volunteers, receiving family requests, meeting with them, and ensuring children and families actively participate in the process.
