A culinary professional is needed to lead cooking demonstrations on using refrigerator leftovers, cooking lesser-known vegetables, and plant-based proteins. You will work alongside a volunteer nutritionist. Help people discover fresh cuisine, dietary diversity, and nutritional basics. Maximum half-day demonstrations in 1-hour sessions.
