Mission description

A volunteer reference person is constantly in the field, contacting and supporting host organizations and partners, then following up on guest experiences. From initial contact through follow-up, the reference person is the key contact reassuring and supporting all actors involved in the Bureaux du Cœur initiative. Volunteers join an innovative, ambitious project, participate in changing perspectives on homelessness, and receive integration training, CRM tools, FAQ guides, and more.
