Support the instructor during adapted karate sessions for women who have experienced violence. Help prepare and arrange the space (set up mats, welcome participants, distribute uniforms), actively observe during sessions. Minimum 4-month commitment, one to two afternoons per month. No prior karate experience needed. A telephone interview is required before starting.
