I welcome and guide people during physical office hours and/or by phone

Mission description

Available Tuesday afternoons, 1-2 times per month (outside school holidays)? Join us to help residents with administrative procedures, listen to them, and refer them when needed to local organizations. You'll be supported by a professional in pairs during all office hours. All backgrounds welcome! You'll feel more confident if you have computer skills, are patient, and enjoy listening to people. Note: Volunteers work in person only; colleagues handle phone calls.
