As an experienced volunteer with EGEE, your mission is mobilizing your expertise to support beneficiaries' employment integration and academic success: Showcase skills and expertise; Rebuild confidence; Help define projects (employment or business creation); Prepare job search techniques; Provide personalized individual support. Join a network of 1,800 advisors (retirees) sharing values and promoting social exchange and friendship. You help young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and struggling job seekers regain confidence, reduce inequality of opportunity, and create community.
