EGEE Association Presentation – Skills-Based Volunteering in Service of Youth, Employment, Education and Business At EGEE, we are convinced that access to education, training, and employment is essential for strengthening social and territorial cohesion. Yet inequalities persist, and many young people or adults in professional transition can feel lost when facing choices to make. They need an outside perspective—one that is experienced and caring—to guide them. EGEE (Understanding Between Generations for Employment and Business) is a nationally recognized association of public utility that brings together over 1,600 volunteer advisors, all of whom are retirees, former senior executives, business leaders, teachers, or independent professionals. Drawing on their professional experience, they have chosen to share their knowledge, offer their guidance, and help future generations build their professional futures. We operate across the entire national territory through 13 regional branches. Our branch covers western Île-de-France, namely departments 75, 78, 92, and 95.
