Mission description

It is essential that people at risk of relational isolation benefit from regular and caring contact. This isolation can be addressed by organizing communication by phone, video call, or other means. I am put in contact with an isolated person through an organization or public body: • I exchange with the person and check on them • I alert the relevant structures if necessary about the person's physical or mental health and expressed needs. When I commit to contacting elderly people, people with disabilities, people in poverty, precarious situations, or isolation, I commit to following established protocols.
