Promote autonomy and development of the person you support by setting evolving, personalized objectives. Proximity and volunteering are core values of our network. ADMR operates through volunteer participation alongside staff, and we're expanding our volunteer teams. Create connections remotely or in-person with elderly individuals, those with disabilities, or in precarious situations experiencing loneliness and isolation. This may take the form of phone conversations, tea or coffee chats, or shared moments through games or walks.
