La Cravate Solidaire fights discrimination and promotes job insertion for those seeking employment through professional clothing donations and teaching business codes to rebuild beneficiaries' self-esteem. Provide 2-hour individual coaching during "Coup de Pouce" workshops. Use your fashion sense and knowledge of professional dress codes, verbal and non-verbal communication to help others in a flexible commitment adapted to your availability. Help job candidates succeed in interviews and commit to employment in your area. Your mission: guide candidates in insertion toward professional success.
