Welcome people in a friendly manner, listen to them and direct them if needed to appropriate social services, and support them in accessing their rights. Within a team, I contact and meet people, maintain relationships to provide fraternal support. I listen, advise, and accompany them through administrative procedures. Training will be provided throughout your volunteer commitment. Join our volunteer team to welcome, listen to, and support people in difficulty. Together, let's make compassion a real strength.
