I care for animals at the shelter

Mission description

We're looking for reliable, patient, and passionate volunteers to help manage daily shelter operations and care for our residents. For cats: mornings 9:30 AM to 12 PM. For dogs: afternoons. You'll also spend quality time with the animals: cuddling, brushing, playing. An important part involves socializing animals: some are already comfortable with people, while others are frightened. You must adapt and respect each animal's pace while helping them understand that humans can be warm and caring. Depending on your experience, you may assist with care tasks like eye cleaning or medication administration.
