Quatre Pattes, Un Toit

Founded in May 2022 following the observation that existing animal welfare organizations across France critically lack space to accommodate abandoned animals, our association operates throughout the Gironde department. Entirely run by volunteers, our mission is to conduct sterilization campaigns with the support of partner municipalities and veterinarians, as well as to rescue cats and kittens that can be socialized and put up for adoption. We also rescue abused or abandoned puppies and dogs. In 2024, we opened a shelter in South Médoc to welcome cats and dogs. The shelter also serves as an animal pound, allowing us to take charge of animals found wandering in public spaces.
