I handle in-person and phone reception for consumers

Mission description

Enjoy personal and phone contact with basic computer skills. You'll receive in-person and phone consumer inquiries, input new member information into our simple software, record membership payments, and schedule appointments with dispute advisors. You'll train alongside other receptionists and have access to e-training modules. We receive consumers with complaints by appointment.
