User representatives (RU) volunteer to defend the rights and interests of all healthcare system users, expressing individual and collective needs to improve healthcare. Are you a healthcare system user wanting to improve hospital or clinic welcome and patient care? Become a user representative to ensure patient rights are respected, facilitate procedures, and improve care within healthcare facilities. Four user representatives serve each facility.
