Mission description

User representatives volunteer to defend the rights and interests of all healthcare users. They express individual and collective needs to improve the healthcare system. If you're a healthcare system user who wants to help improve patient reception and care in a hospital or clinic, become a user representative and help ensure patient rights are respected, facilitate procedures, and enhance care quality. Each healthcare facility has four user representatives.
