Provide quality supervision and activities for children aged 8-10 within an education team, using play-based, project-based, and nature-centered pedagogy. Create a community space that allows young people to dream, act, succeed in projects, live together, and find meaning. Prior experience or training is not required—the association offers partially funded training (BAFA, BAFD) throughout the year.
