Ensure quality mentoring for children ages 15-17 within an educator team using game-based, project-based, team-based, nature-based, and fraternity-based pedagogy. Offer young people space to dream, act, succeed in projects, live in community, and give meaning to life. You'll be supported and guided in your mission through training while working with youth and having fun. No previous scouting experience needed. You'll integrate with a new team of mentors building comprehensive youth supervision.
