Mission description

Intercultur'elles is UniR's mentoring program aimed at enhancing the journeys and supporting the academic, professional, and personal projects of refugee women and asylum seekers. Through sharing skills with local mentors and creating a space of trust and exchange based on interculturalism, these women can build the future they desire in their host society. The ideal mentor is someone who wants to share her experiences, knowledge, resources, and skills with a woman in exile pursuing socio-economic integration. She is curious, empathetic, and welcoming.
