Provide a welcoming and friendly coffee space for people: welcome them, listen, offer coffee and your time. Offer support and follow-up in administrative procedures, difficulties, and life projects. Lead workshops and provide comfort and help during regular hours. Requires kind welcome, discretion, openness, easy relationships, and confidentiality. Work as part of a team with other volunteers, with training provided by the Delegation.
