Mission description

A volunteer reference person is constantly on the ground. Main missions include prospecting and supporting host organizations and partner agencies, then following up on guest welcomes. From initial contact through follow-up, the reference person is the key contact who reassures and supports various actors through the Heart's Offices adventure. Benefits include being part of an innovative, ambitious project, changing perspectives on homelessness, and joining a community of engaged volunteers. Support includes an integration and training program (theoretical and practical) and tools such as CRM database and Notion guides.
