I run a book club in prison - Melun Semi-Open Facility

Mission description

At the intersection of culture, education, and social reintegration, Lire pour en Sortir has developed activities since July 2014 to support prisoner rehabilitation through reading, including personalized reading guidance and author meetings. We're seeking volunteers to facilitate a reading circle at Melun's semi-open center. Your role is to guide detainees in choosing books suited to their interests and reading level, discuss books with them, and assist with written assignments if needed.
