Capital FillesMission description
Support a high school senior or first-year student in building their future plans. Share your career path and profession in collective workshops at partner schools; open your workplace doors to show work culture, codes, and future sectors; encourage your mentee in their future planning; and help with CV and motivation letter writing and apprenticeship searches. Starting September: individual mentoring ~2 hours monthly; collective workshops 2 hours.
