Mission description

A user representative (UR) voluntarily defends the rights and interests of all healthcare users by expressing their individual and collective needs to improve the health system. If you're a healthcare system user who wants to improve patient welcome and care in a hospital or clinic, you can ensure patients' rights are respected, facilitate their procedures, and improve their care. There are four user representatives per health facility.
