Mission description

The Club Tournesol was created in 1991 by the ARC-EA association. For 20 years, this open community space was a welcoming hub for children and families from the Terrage neighborhood. In 2011, the association evolved the project by focusing on the Local School Support Contract (CLAS) and conducting a territorial assessment that led in June 2012 to creating a Community Space (now a Social Living Space) approved by the Family Allowances Fund, where residents become engaged actors in managing and running the place.
