Mission description

Mentor-Matching is our 6-month tailored mentoring program connecting young people with professionals from all fields. Your main mission is to work directly with young people, find ideal mentors for them, match them, and support them throughout this 6-month journey. You'll be at the heart of the action, collaborating with other program managers to create meaningful connections. Help us support young women, transgender, and non-binary people in their professional integration through mentee and mentor recruitment, participation in selection processes, and matchmaking.
