I help volunteers understand "dys" disorders and adapt their tutoring support

Mission description

Entraide Scolaire Amicale (E.S.A) offers students, working professionals, and retirees the opportunity to volunteer and support children and young people whose parents cannot help them. This is a personalized weekly accompaniment provided at the child's home. Some young people have "dys" disorders (dyslexia, dyspraxia, dysorthography, dyscalculia), which can complicate their learning, reading, writing, or academic work organization. We're looking for professionals or experienced people in dys disorders to support our volunteers: help them understand these disorders, adjust their approach, suggest appropriate tools, and foster positive relationships.
