Mission description

Phone, chat, and message listening centered on the caller, respecting anonymity and confidentiality. We provide free training after discussing and understanding your motivations. Training is both theoretical and practical. You commit to a variable number of listening hours depending on your employment status. You attend monthly supervision sessions led by a psychologist. Additional ongoing training sessions and peer support are also available. Being a listener means: Listen with kindness in shared anonymity • Connect with callers by helping them find relief during the call • Contribute to the emotional well-being of isolated people.
