Mission description

Provide phone, chat, and messaging support centered on the person, respecting anonymity and confidentiality. We offer free training after assessing motivations, combining theoretical and practical components. Volunteers commit to variable listening hours based on employment status and attend monthly supervision with a psychologist. Additional training and peer support are available. Become a listener to offer compassionate listening in shared anonymity, connect with callers, help them feel heard and relieved, and be part of a meaningful human connection.
