User representatives (RU) volunteer to defend the rights and interests of all healthcare users, expressing individual and collective needs to improve the healthcare system. Ensure patient rights are respected, facilitate their procedures, and improve care within hospitals or clinics. Four user representatives are appointed per healthcare facility.
