I help volunteers understand ADHD and adapt their academic support

Mission description

The School Friendship Support Association (ESA) invites students, workers, or retirees to voluntarily support children and young people whose parents cannot help or arrange help. Support occurs once weekly at the young person's home. Some children have ADHD (attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity), making support more delicate. We seek ADHD professionals or experienced people to support volunteers: provide understanding keys, help adjust their approach, and foster calm and effective relationships with the child and family. Build a volunteer team with complementary expertise.
